Refund Policy
All clothing, handbags, jewelry, and accessories (face masks, sunglasses & wallets) are final sale items. No returns, cancellations or exchanges will be accepted.
- PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
- Exchanges and returns are allowed on handbags if there is an issue and must be initiated within 14 DAYS of the order delivery.
- Merchandise must be in unused condition with all labels attached to the product.
- We do not accept returns on face masks or jewelry as these are health & safety items.
- All sale items are final.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Return Tracking # is REQUIRED in order to process refund/exchanges.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
